What is the Federal School Code for WMU?
WMU participates in all Title IV Federal financial aid programs. To apply for need-based assistance, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) either on-line electronically or by paper application. WMU's school code is 002330, and needs to be included on FAFSA to ensure your expected family contribution is accurately reported to our Financial Aid Office for packaging of grants, loans and student employment.
There are low interest Federal student loans that are not need-dependent, so all students should complete the FAFSA. to ensure adequate assistance. We believe no student should be deprived a college education for reasons of cost. We will work with you to ensure your need is met.
