What type of technology and computing does WMU offer?

Western Michigan University has computer labs across campus.  Some of our computer facilities are open 24 hours. 

Western Michigan University is a wireless campus throughout its academic and support-service buildings.  Residence halls are hard-wired(Ethernet) and provide access in each student's room.  A student may activate this room connection for $80 a semester.

Western Michigan University shares in a partnership with DELL computers, so if a student wishes to purchase a computer, he/she can do so through DELL for substantial savings over retail stores.  A student may also bring his or her own computer from home, or use one of the computer labs WMU has across campus.
