How can I visit campus?

Campus visits begin in the new Welcome Center in Seibert Administration Building at 10 AM and 2 PM (Eastern Standard Time) each weekday and 10 AM on Saturdays throughout the year.  Guest reserve parking is available in front of the building on West Michigan Avenue. Visits begin with a video and brief presentation by an admission staff, followed by a walking tour of campus.  Meetings with faculty can be arranged during your visit. Tours end in the "living room" where professional staff can answer follow-up questions and you can apply on line if you desire.

In the Fall, Western will host three special open house programs on October 13, November 3 and December 1st, 2006.   These events include an opportunity to visit with faculty and include complimentary in our campus residence facilities.

The Honors College will be hosting a special weekend program in the fall for high achievers.   For more information about this program, contact Lee Honors College, www.wmich.edu/honors.

Fall open house programs will be held on October 13, November 3 and December 1, 2006.  To ensure a space in one of these programs, visit our admission web site and register.  In addition to special interest meetings and campus tours, complimentary lunch will be served in the residence halls.
