Participants of Emerging Leaders @ Fall Welcome and @ Winter Break have an exciting opportunity to participate in the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program. The Emerging Leaders Certificate is a program designed to provide first year students with structure, flexibility and support while exploring their leadership skills. This certificate is for first-year students and first-year transfer stuents. Participants of the Emerging Leaders Certificate will be matched with a peer mentor to guide them through the certificate. The Leaders in Action Leadership Certificate is new for the 2012-13 school-year. Leaders in Action is a program designed for intermediate leaders who are looking for a leadership experience with a focus on organizational dynamics, conflict management and personal strengths. The Leaders in Action Leadership Certificate is for sophomores, juniors and seniors. Participants will be matched with a SALP staff member who will guide them through the certificate.
