The Leadership and Involvement Conference provides undergraduate and graduate students the environment and tools necessary to learn new skills, connect with other leaders on campus and plan for their upcoming leadership commitments on campus. The conference will feature educational sessions and workshops designed to teach new concepts and facilitate learning, keynote addresses to inspire and motivate, and social experiences to foster networking and relationship-building. Focusing on the concept of “Everyday Leadership,” the conference will give participants opportunities to collaborate, learn new skills, and plan strategically for any and all leadership commitment they have for the year.
Learning Outcomes:
Suggested Program Topics: Time management, leadership styles, financial management, conflict resolution, coaching/mentoring, effective meetings, diversity, servant leadership, communication, values integration, life balance.
Deadline: Friday April 12th 5 pm
*All programs should be 45-60 minutes in length.
