• Chapter Update Form - Updates SALP staff with appropriate and current chapter contact information.
  
• Eligibility Form - Used to check student grades before offering membership.
• Induction Form (IFC Only) - Identifies students who have recently initiated into full membership.
• Exit Form - Identifies members who have recently withdrawn or been removed from membership.

All Fraternities and Sororities follow the same policies as every other Registered Student Organization at WMU. All policies can be found in the Registered Student Organization Handbook.
